1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://shop-avenue29.com (“Site”) and your purchase of products offered by MON.ARCH ARCHITECTURE STUDIO SRL (“AVENUE No.29,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns Policy.

This Legal Notice regulates the general conditions of access and use of the website accessible through www.shop-avenue29.com.

For the rest of this text, AVENUE No.29 will be used, but it is understood that AVENUE No.29 is a part of Mon.Arch Architecture Studio SRL. When you use AVENUE No.29 ("shop-avenue29.com", "we", "our", "us") you understand that you are subject to the following conditions.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following Terms and Conditions and other applicable law. If you visit or shop at shop-avenue29.com, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read them carefully. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these Terms and Conditions of Use, please email our customer service team at contact@shop-avenue29.com.

We have taken great care to ensure that the Items on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However, color clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the color of the actual Item is absolutely accurate. Before placing an order, please read through these Terms.

BY USING THE shop-avenue29.com SITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH IT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND ALL RELATED POLICIES, CONDITIONS, AND GUIDELINES.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent to use the Site.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, colors, pricing, and availability. However, colors may vary due to screen settings, and we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Minor inconsistencies or imperfections may occur in handmade or limited-edition items and do not qualify as defects.

All prices are final and include shipping. Custom duties and taxes are to be borne by the client. The prices of custom duties and taxes are set by your local customs authority, and you should contact them directly for accurate information.

Starting August 1st, 2025, U.S. orders are shipped under DAP terms. Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check out, and will be collected by the courier prior to delivery.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
  • You are responsible for additional duties, customs, and local taxes outside the EU.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them.
  • Payments must be authorized before your order is processed.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We provide international free shipping. We do not cover local taxes and delivery customs duties for deliveries outside the EU.

When ordering from the U.S., import duties and local sales taxes may apply. Under the new DAP policy, the price you pay at checkout will exclude these charges. Instead, you’ll be required to pay them directly to our courier to release your order from customs.

As we’re unable to advise the exact amount in advance, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.

Please note that AVENUE No.29 and our partners cannot retrieve or refund orders in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to provide required customs documents  upon request in a timely manner.
  • Refusal to pay customs duties necessary for delivery.
  • Unreachable customer  resulting in failed delivery and seizure of the order.

Additionally, U.S. Customs may request your IRS, EIN, or SSN number before authorising delivery.

  • We ship exclusively with DHL.
  • AVENUE No.29 bears the transportation risk and is responsible for ensuring safe delivery through the carrier.
  • We ship internationally to over 50 countries.
  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • The delivery period to countries that impose customs duty is 4 to 6 business days.
  • Title and risk pass to you upon dispatch.
  • We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third parties, customs, or force majeure events.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS FOR FINAL SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS BOUGHT FROM THE ARCHIVE SALE.
  • Our products incorporate adjustable features to improve fit. If you’re unsure of your size, consult our Customer Care team on WhatsApp at +40 746 259 913 or email contact@shop-avenue29.com.
  • In case the item does not fit you well, you can return or exchange it within 14 business days of receipt.

RETURN FEES:

  • USA & Rest of World: $120 per item. US orders over $2500 require ITN/EIN. 
  • Europe (EU): €70 per item
  • Romania: 35 RON per item
  • Orders refused upon delivery will incur a 10% deduction from the refund. In addition to this fee, the return tax ($ 120 / € 70) will also be deducted.
  • Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and in original packaging.
  • Items not in original condition will be refunded minus 30% of the item’s price.
  • Refunds appear on your statement within 14 business days depending on the card issuer.
  • Exchanges are allowed once and dispatched only after QC of the returned item (up to 7 days).
  • Items must be returned with a signed Return Proforma Invoice (5 copies) and Return air waybill.
  • All items must be returned in one mailing. Multiple shipments from a single order will be refused.
  • We are not responsible for lost/damaged returns not sent via DHL. We do not cover shipping costs outside of DHL returns.
  • Use your client account to initiate returns and schedule DHL pickup directly.

7. GIFT CARDS & STORE CREDIT

  • Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

8. ACCOUNTS

If you use the www.shop-avenue29.com site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. AVENUE No.29 reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register for an account. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address contact@shop-avenue29.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.

  • Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We use cookies for site functionality and analytics. By using the Site, you consent to our use of cookies.
  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, images, design, and logos, is the property of AVENUE No.29 and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

  • To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is capped at the purchase price of the product concerned.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions in transportation.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, EU consumers may access the Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
  • These Terms are governed by Romanian law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.

14. Copyright

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the Romanian and other international copyright laws, and is the property of www.shop-avenue29.com. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with www.shop-avenue29.com or purchasing www.shop-avenue29.com products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with www.shop-avenue29.com or purchasing www.shop-avenue29.com products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by www.shop-avenue29.com . You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

These Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Returns and Exchange Policy and Order, Shipping and Delivery policy constitute the complete and entire agreement between you and AVENUE No.29 pertaining to the use of this site and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
