Shipping policy

  • We provide international free shipping.

AVENUE No.29 ships worldwide with a few exceptions  (MEXICO, RUSSIA), in observance with certain customs restrictions & limitations. 

In-stock items are shipped in 1-3 business days after you had placed the order.

Items that are not in stock can take up to 14 days to be shipped. You will be informed by our team about the estimated delivery date.

Delivery may take up to 7 business days more, depending on your delivery area:

EUROPE, EU countries: 1-2 business days for delivery by your local courier 

EUROPE, NON-EU countries: 2-4 business days for customs and delivery by your local courier

REST OF THE WORLD: 3-7 business days for customs and delivery by your local courier

Please keep in mind that orders received after 1:00 pm (GMT+2H) will be processed starting the following business day.

  • Returns accepted for 14 days.

Please be aware that returns are not free of charge. 

  • For returns from the United States, a fee of $120 per item will be deducted.
  • For returns from Europe (both EU and non-EU countries), a fee of €70 per item will be deducted.
  • For returns from other international locations, a fee of $120 per item will be deducted.
  • For orders placed within Romania, a fee of 35 RON will be deducted.
